Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: €12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt.
Our Return Policy
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Compressiesokken (compression socks)
- Huttensloffen (hut slippers)
- Pantoffels kinderen (children’s slippers)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)
- International returns should use a track & trace service
- Items showing signs of wear or damage from use cannot be returned
How to Return an Item
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] using the following template:

I would like to request a return for the following order:

Reason for return: [Wrong size/product description/not as expected/other]

- Resolution: Once approved, we will process your refund or ship your exchange
Refund Information
After your return is approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal payments: Refund processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Bank Transfer: Processed within 5-7 business days (please include your IBAN number in your return request)
Note: Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We will ship your new item as soon as we receive your return
- Any price differences will be adjusted
- Shipping costs for the new item are covered by us
